Delivery Policy
We ship all orders using Aramex and also with Pep PAxi. Delivery is limited to South Africa physical addresses and occurs within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Refund Policy
Arthur ford has a refund and return policy where you can request a return for a various reasons, including damaged goods,incorrect items shipped,or simply a change of mind.
For damaged goods, need to log a return and upload an image of the damaged product within 24 hours.
