At Smash Deals, we aim to create a trusted and transparent marketplace for both buyers and sellers. This Seller Policy outlines the rules and responsibilities for all sellers to ensure a smooth and fair selling experience.

1. Seller Eligibility

  • All sellers must provide accurate business information during registration.

  • Sellers must comply with local laws and regulations related to their products and business operations.

2. Product Listings

  • Sellers are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and truthful descriptions of their products.

  • Listings must include high-quality images, pricing, and shipping details.

  • Prohibited items, such as counterfeit goods or restricted materials, are strictly forbidden.

3. Order Fulfillment

  • Sellers must process and ship orders within the agreed timeframe.

  • Tracking information must be provided where applicable.

  • Delays must be communicated to the buyer promptly.

    Sellers must process and ship orders within the agreed timeframe. In the event of an order cancellation due to seller fault, the seller will be charged a commission fee.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Sellers must adhere to the Smash Deals Returns and Refund Policy.

  • Refunds for valid returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

  • Sellers may charge a restocking fee for returns due to buyer’s remorse.

5. Customer Service & Dispute Resolution

  • Sellers are expected to respond to customer inquiries within 24-48 hours.

  • If a dispute arises, sellers must attempt to resolve it before escalating to Smash Deals support.

  • Negative reviews due to poor customer service may impact a seller’s account standing.

6. Fees & Payments

  • Smash Deals charges a commission on each sale, as per the seller agreement.

  • Payments to sellers are processed on a scheduled basis.

  • Fees for additional services (advertising, premium placement, etc.) may apply.

7. Policy Violations

  • Failure to comply with this policy may result in penalties, including listing removal, account suspension, or permanent banning from the platform.
