Smash Deals - Cancellation Policy
At Smash Deals, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below are the terms regarding order cancellations:
1. Cancellation Window
Customers may cancel an order before it is processed by the seller. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
Digital products, personalized items, and certain non-cancellable goods cannot be canceled after purchase.
2. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Some sellers may charge a restocking or processing fee for canceled orders, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, log in to your Smash Deals account and contact the seller through the order details page.
If the seller does not respond within 24 hours, you may escalate the request to Smash Deals customer support.
4. Late Cancellations
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customers who refuse delivery of a shipped order may be subject to additional fees, including return shipping and restocking fees.
