Smash Deals - Cancellation Policy

At Smash Deals, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below are the terms regarding order cancellations:

1. Cancellation Window

  • Customers may cancel an order before it is processed by the seller. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.

  • Digital products, personalized items, and certain non-cancellable goods cannot be canceled after purchase.

2. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If the cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Some sellers may charge a restocking or processing fee for canceled orders, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

  • To request a cancellation, log in to your Smash Deals account and contact the seller through the order details page.

  • If the seller does not respond within 24 hours, you may escalate the request to Smash Deals customer support.

4. Late Cancellations

  • If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Customers who refuse delivery of a shipped order may be subject to additional fees, including return shipping and restocking fees.
