After checking out, the buyer must complete the purchase using one of the payment options available. Delivery of the product will only be made once Smash Deals notifies of payment completion

Delivery Policy

For electronic software deliveries, product keys or activation codes shall be sent to your email address, together with download and activation instructions, within 24 hours of notification of payment completion (but usually within a few hours). Emails will be sent during working hours. Orders received outside of working hours may be processed during the next working hours.
For physical products, delivery will be as per the shipping setup.

Refund Policy

Please note that each product key or activation code is unique, and for usage on the number of computers specified in the listing. Therefore, once we have delivered a product key or activation code to you, we will not accept returns or refund requests; although we will, as far as possible, provide support for installation and activation, including troubleshooting activation errors and replacing the product key/activation code where necessary. If you have any concerns or questions, please use the "Ask a Question" feature on the listing to get clarification BEFORE making your purchase.

1. You will receive your product key(s) and comprehensive and easy-to-follow instructions to download, install and activate your product via a SmashDeals message and an email. All links will be included in the instructions.

2. Once received, your product key must activated within a timeframe specified in the instructions. If it is not activated in the specified timeframe, Microsoft decommissions the key and it cannot be used to activate. Please adhere to the timeframe specified in the instructions received as the key will not be replaced if you activate it outside of this period.

4. This is a Telephone Activation product key which means that when you enter it into the Activation Wizard you will need to follow some additional steps to get your product activated. Please follow ALL the activation instructions carefully to the end.

5. Once this product key is activated, the license the license is perpetual. The product key is good for ONLY ONE activation on one computer, so if you were to uninstall and reinstall the product for whatever reason, you cannot activate it again using the same product key.

6. This product key does NOT bind to your Microsoft Account.

7. We provide free support for installation and activation issues arising out of the norm of the instructions provided. You may contact us by replying to the email you receive.
