Payment policy
All payments are processed securely through Smash Deals. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed.
No Cash on Delivery available. Prices include all Smash Deals fees.
Free standard shipping on orders over R500. No returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Delivery policy
We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted couriers like Paxi, Pep Pudo, and The Courier Guy.
Standard delivery: R60 flat rate, 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Free delivery: Orders over R500.
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment clears, Mon-Fri. No weekend dispatch.
Tracking details are provided once your order ships. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. AfriGlow Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or courier issues.

Refund policy
We want you to love your AfriGlow Skincare products. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used items.
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full product refund. To be eligible, items must be in original packaging and unused. Customer pays return shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Smash Deals.
